The format of the day is such that we aim to accommodate everyone’s requirements – those who want to go out early and play 18-holes; those who prefer to play 9-holes; and everyone who wants to make the most of the opportunity of tuition with the Pro in the morning to improve their game. All are welcome.
Event Criteria
9-10am – Tea/coffee/bacon roll on arrival (tuition available from 9am)
11-11.45am – Tee off
3-4pm – Lunch as each group arrive back at the club house
4pm – Prize giving
The cost of day will be ‘between £30 and £35′ depending on golf course rates/location (all inclusive)
or £10 for lunch only (carers/volunteers)
About Peterstone Lakes Golf Club
Peterstone Lakes is a stunning golf course of the highest quality. Opened in 1990 and complemented by a superb clubhouse, Peterstone Lakes has now become one of South Wales favourite golfing and social venues for a variety of occasions. The golf club has been under family ownership since December 1998 (P W Millar Golf Ltd).
Remarkable changes and improvements have taken place in the Club house and on the course over recent years. Lakes have been extended, new bunkers built and ditches filled in and grassed over. These changes make for a more interesting, fairer and challenging round of golf. Peterstone Lakes has something to offer everyone whether you are a complete beginner or an established player.
Peterstone Lakes is an excellent 6,000 metres (6,600 yards) par 72 course which deserves its reputation as one of the best around. To complement the course there is a practice field, putting green, nets and practice bunkers. We have a well stocked, professionally run Golf Shop which has golf buggies and trolleys for hire at very competitive rates.
